I have wonderful friends. They are aware of my weight loss efforts, and are supporting my diet 100%. How wonderful is it to wake up in the morning to farm fresh eggs? I’m being spoiled, since I don’t have a source for those yet at home. Tonight’s dinner is supposed to be a slow cooked grass fed beef roast and CSA organic vegetables. Oh my.

Combine this with regular walks, a little bit of chasing kids, restful quiet sleep, some wonderful mountain sightseeing, and I feel like my cortisol level is dropping like a rock. Hopefully all this good diet karma will outweigh the BBQ dinner out last night (sugar), and eating out with other friends for the rest of the week.
