Ok, so I’m not exactly a low-carb virgin. I’ve had my stint with Atkins, and the induction phases of South Beach and the Mediterranean diets.  Those are behind me now.

This time is different, in that I’ve stuck with it longer.  How long?  I’ve been trying to eat primal/paleo since the beginning of February of 2011. That’s two and a half full months. Although I haven’t been “strict”, and haven’t been perfect (by any means), I’m doing pretty well.

I’ve dropped one full pant size.  The scale is calling my weight loss at roughly 15 pounds, give or take a pound or two.

I’m never, ever, ever going back.
